PAYMENTS :
What are the available modes of payment?
All payments can be made through our payment partner with Domestic and International Credit and debit cards, EMI, Net Banking from 58 banks, UPI and 8 mobile wallets. Our partner RazorPay provides the most extensive set of payment methods.
We also provide cash on delivery. Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available.
My money was deducted from my account, but my order wasn't placed/transaction failed. What should I do next?
Kindly contact Bank/Wallet Company if you do not receive your credit in 10 to 12 days. Alternatively, you can also contact us with all your purchase details so that we can expedite your due credit.
REFUNDS:
When will I get my refund?
We try to process each refund instantly but the longest we’ll take is 7 working days of receiving your returned product. Please visit our return centre for the same or email us at support@poppyeyewear.com
How will I get my refund if I’ve paid by cash?
If you have paid for your order with cash, you will have to provide us with your bank account details so we can refund the amount to you at the earliest.

What is the return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Poppy Sunglasses/Spectacles, you can easily return or exchange them within 7 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. A reverse pickup will be arranged for you, once a return request is raised.
How do I raise a return request?
You can raise a return request by clicking on the ‘Return’ button next to the respective order. If it’s after 7 days from the day of delivery, you will not be able to raise a return request.
I received a defective/damaged product. What do I do next?
You can raise a return request by clicking on the ‘Return’ button next to the respective order. If it’s after 7 days from the day of delivery, you will not be able to raise a return request.
What is the return process?
Once you raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order, a confirmation will be sent to you within next 3-4 days and a reverse pickup will be arranged.
Once your return is received by us, a quality check will be performed on the returned items by our quality team.
Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
A notification with the status of return will be sent you within 4 working days from the date of receiving the item & the entire refund amount will be credited back into your account within 7 working days.
CANCELLATIONS:
Can I cancel or update my order after purchase?
The longer you wait, the tougher it gets. If you want to update or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. We try to process orders as soon as we receive them. Once our warehouse personnel has processed your order, we can no longer edit or cancel it.
We do not have the ability to add items to your order once it has been placed. Please place a brand-new order with the items you want to purchase.
